Guide
For fans supporting tuki. from outside Japan: tickets, the fan club, merchandise, streaming and a glossary.
This guide reflects information as of September 17, 2026. Conditions change from show to show — always check the notes on the official site before applying.
How tickets for shows in Japan are sold
Tickets in Japan are sold in several rounds rather than all at once. For tuki.’s shows the order so far has been: fan club (“Tsukinchu”) earliest lottery presale → official lottery presales (1st, 2nd, 3rd) → official first-come presale → general sale. Seat quality follows the same order.
A lottery (抽選) lets you apply during a window and wait for the draw — applying early makes no difference. A first-come sale (先着) starts at a fixed time and runs until sold out, so log in beforehand.
All tickets are smartphone e-tickets (Sumachike), two per person. Only your companion’s ticket can be distributed in the app; your own cannot be transferred, even to family. Tickets bought on resale sites or via social media are voided and refused at the door.
Fan-club-only seats (such as the “Tsukinchu seat” at Budokan) come with an ID check for the applicant: bring your passport and your fan club My Page. Regular reserved seats had no ID check.
Dates and sale schedules are on the Live page here and in the official site’s news.
Buying from outside Japan
Domestic sales (eplus) require a Japanese mobile number and a credit card issued in Japan. For fans without either, the official site publishes an application form for overseas residents for each show. For the 2026 hall tour and “Hoshifuru Bansankai”, eplus’s international page sells in English, and there is a separate overseas form for fan club members. Overseas tickets are issued as paper tickets.
Shows in Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong use local vendors: NOL Ticket (Interpark) and YES24 in Seoul, the promoters’ links (BIG ART / SUPER DOME) in Taipei, BOOKYAY and Damai in Hong Kong. The Seoul shows sold out on the first day, so be ready at the on-sale time.
Most venues in Japan do not admit pre-school children and ban binoculars. At Budokan, penlights, glow sticks and phone lights were also banned. Rules differ per show — read the notes (注意事項) on each event page.
The fan club “Tsukinchu”
The official fan club Tsukinchu (月人) costs ¥1,100 per month (tax included). Create a Bitfan ID, then register as a paid member from My Page; access starts immediately. Payment is by Japanese carrier billing (docomo, au, SoftBank) or credit card. Joining on any day of the month is charged for that month, and membership renews automatically on the 1st.
Benefits: the earliest ticket presales, a members-only chat room where tuki. and usagi post, “tuki.’s love advice room”, daily-life photos (“Tukistagram”), audio content, a birthday message and a digital membership card. At shows there have been member-only extras such as original picture tickets.
Members living abroad without a Japanese phone number or card get their own overseas application form for the fan club presale (as of “Hoshifuru Bansankai”, 2026).
Merchandise
Live goods are sold by mail order for a limited period at the official goods store (for example, hall tour goods: orders September 1–23, shipping from early October). Payment by credit card, convenience-store prepayment or Paidy.
International shipping is available via DHL, though some countries and regions are not served. Shipping fees and duties depend on the destination and are included in the order total. See the “outside Japan” section of the shopping guide.
Venue sales start around midday on show days (13:00 at Budokan), limited to four of each item per person, and stop once the show begins. Queueing overnight is prohibited.
